Launched in February 2020, Bowman Rebecchi is a vibrant new property company created from the merger of Rebecchi Lettings and ARB Growth’s letting businesses.

The new venture delivers local Commercial Property Services across central and western Scotland, with a focus on quality service for a wide range of property owners and their tenants.

Bowman Rebecchi provides a vast range of services, including commercial lettings and sales, portfolio management (including billing), as well as maintenance and refurbishment works for all commercial portfolios, partnering with local business expertise to support delivery.

Based in Gourock in Inverclyde and led by co-founders Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi, the business covers Argyll and Bute, Ayrshire, Dunbartonshire, Inverclyde, Glasgow and Renfrewshire, offering a specialist and local commercial property service.
