Bowman Rebecchi Announces New Partnership With CoStar Group

Inverclyde’s leading commercial property agency, Bowman Rebecchi has announced a new partnership with the market-leading property information provider, CoStar and its marketing platform, Realla.

The announcement will see Bowman Rebecchi’s properties now marketed across all of CoStar’s extensive platforms, opening up further investment opportunities for the local west coast property sector.

CoStar Group is the world leader in operating digital commercial real estate marketplaces, attracting over 40 million unique visitors a month across its European and North American websites.

Realla is the UK's largest public portal specialised in commercial property, with over 30,000 properties currently available to rent and sell.

Based in Gourock, Bowman Rebecchi is led by co-founders Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi, with the business providing specialist and local commercial property services across the west of Scotland.

The strategic partnership will see Bowman Rebecchi’s expanding portfolio showcased to a wider audience, creating greater opportunities for its owners and clients.

Gerald Deighan, Regional Director at CoStar said:

“It is great to welcome another up-and-coming firm in Bowman Rebecchi on board with CoStar.

“Their ambition is infectious, and I look forward to watching them move into the Renfrewshire, Ayrshire and Argyll and Bute markets, further growing the business by helping their current clients and finding new ones through CoStar.

“Realla is unquestionably the best place to market a commercial property for lease or sale and I’m glad Bowman Rebecchi can now tell their clients all stock will be visible to its 1.1 million visitors each month.”

Andrew Bowman, Director of Bowman Rebecchi said:

“We are delighted to be joining CoStar and Realla, both of which are widely respected within the commercial property sector.

“Bowman Rebecchi is in a strategic phase currently as we continue to grow our presence across the west coast of Scotland, and there are great opportunities for us to achieve this across both platforms.

“This is a fantastic step forward for our commercial arm and our clients will now see their properties promoted across all of the major marketing platforms.”

Alongside its residential arm, Bowman Rebecchi Letting, a joint venture with Glasgow agency Newton Letting, the group currently manages over 1,100 properties across western and central Scotland.
