Gourock-based commercial property firm, Bowman Rebecchi has announced an expansion into the residential letting sector with highly respected Glasgow-headquartered agency, Newton Letting.
Bowman Rebecchi Letting, operated by Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi, is a collaborative venture, jointly owned with Newton Lettings’ Managing Director, Riccardo Giovanacci. It will inherit Newton Letting’s tried and trusted models, processes, and expertise.
The new partnership is aiming to establish a leading position in the west coast of Scotland residential lettings market, with target areas including Greenock, Gourock, Inverkip, Kilmacolm, Bridge of Weir, Largs and beyond.

Newton Letting’s portfolio stands currently at just over 600 units, let on behalf of around 400 landlords. The business has invested consistently in new staff and technology since its buyout in 2019 to enable it to provide an enhanced service to clients.

Newton Letting:
Mr Giovanacci acquired Newton Lettings, the lettings arm of his family’s long-established business, Newton Property Management, which continues to trade successfully, in 2019.
A property professional, Mr Giovanacci started his career with Newton Property Management 14 years ago then held senior positions in estate agency in London and Glasgow before returning to the company.
Its Joint Managing Director, Stephen O’Neill, who is Mr Giovanacci’s uncle, started the Newton Property Management business in 2001, after successfully selling-off his first letting business, O’Neill Property.
Mr Giovanacci’s grandfather, William O’Neill, had worked in the industry since the 1950s, running one of Glasgow’s first estate agents in the city’s West End.
