Bowman Rebecchi Launches New Partnership With Town & Country Property Auctions

Expanding Inverclyde-based property firm, Bowman Rebecchi has announced a new property auction collaboration.

Bowman Rebecchi’s latest venture is a new partnership with Town & Country Property Auctions, with plans in place to host a series of auctions, mixing traditional and online each month throughout 2022.

The new venture will offer commercial and residential properties and land for sale across the UK from its Scottish base.

Based in Gourock, Bowman Rebecchi provides specialist commercial and residential lettings and sales services across west-central Scotland and launched its new Estate Agency arm last month.

Bowman Rebecchi has joined forces with Liam Kidd, Head of Partnership Acquisitions at Town & Country Property Auctions Scotland, with its management team having more than 40 years of experience working in the financial, real estate, and advertising industry.

Reflecting on the new partnership, Andrew Bowman (pictured left) said: “This new partnership enables us to offer increased property solutions to a wider market while focusing on quality listings for clients and buyers alike.

“The new partnership will provide quality monthly auctions, with our plans well advanced with Liam and his team to begin straightaway.

“What sets us apart is that we will be able to genuinely deliver a very personal service, giving clients instant access to impartial, straightforward, and clear advice, as well as traditional and modern options to sell and purchase property.”

Alongside its residential arms, Bowman Rebecchi Letting and Estate Agents, a joint venture with Glasgow agency Newton Letting, the Bowman Rebecchi group manage over 1,200 properties across west and central Scotland.

Explaining the expansion, Marco Rebecchi said: “We are constantly listening to our clients and developing innovative ways of delivering services that fit with modern, ever-changing client and buyer requirements.

“We will cover all types of property auctions, from traditional in-room to online-only, incorporating both unconditional and conditional sales, and we will also bring the benefits of the auction to disposal strategies blended with private treaty sales, offering clients a truly holistic approach.”

“Underpinning this will be a modern approach to marketing, embracing digital and social media platforms to effectively target buyers across any part of the UK and beyond.”

Town & Country Property Auctions provides a unique approach using a method called a Buyer's Premium, with the sale being completely free for the seller, the main difference being the purchaser is responsible to pay the Buyer's Premium (commission) for the sale of the property.

With an Auction network across the United Kingdom and Ireland, Town & Country Property Auction achieves the maximum interest in every property they represent.

Liam Kidd (pictured right), Head of Partnership Acquisitions said: “This is an exciting new partnership for Town & Country Property Auctions.

“We believe we offer a unique service to the marketplace by providing a dynamic, proactive, and transparent approach to the property auction sector.

“With no sales, marketing, or admin fees whatsoever for the seller, we are completely focused on achieving the best possible sale for our clients each time.”

“We are delighted to be working alongside Bowman Rebecchi as their commercial and residential arms continue to enjoy sustained growth across the west and central Scotland.

“Our property auction team has an excellent track record of delivering results and we have the knowledge, experience, and reputation to ensure the new partnership gets off to a strong start.”
