Bowman Rebecchi Launches Video Marketing

Bowman Rebecchi has launched its latest offering for clients to help commercial landlords reach, and ultimately convert, empty properties into tenancies through video.

The Gourock-based agency is now offering the videos as an additional element to its advertising packages.

The launch is the latest in a series of new improvements from Bowman Rebecchi to help clients promote their properties more effectively across a range of platforms.

The move follows the launch of Bowman Rebecchi's 360° virtual tours in 2020, which are provided as a standard across all of its portfolio to enable viewers to get a better feel for the properties.

In July 2021, Bowman Rebecchi also announced a new partnership with property information provider CoStar and its marketing platform, Realla to expand the reach of its portfolio across the UK as well as traditional marketing platforms Rightmove and Novaloca.

Bowman Rebecchi Directors, Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi said:

"This is the next natural move for Bowman Rebecchi as we continue to develop and tailor our offering to commercial property owners.

"We continue to look at ways to innovate and enhance our client's portfolios to further support the long-term aim of growing the business.

"The early feedback has been very positive and we look forward to launching additional tools in the near future."
