Bowman Rebecchi Makes Argyll & Bute Debut

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to have made its debut in Argyll & Bute with a high-quality retail listing in Dunoon.

These subjects have recently been made available within Dunoon town centre, providing good visibility and a captive footfall on the otherwise fully-occupied Hillfoot Street.

The property provides a fantastic shop frontage as well as two good-sized floor spaces for both customers and more private/workshop style facilities. To the rear of the premises is a good-size kitchen and staff welfare facilities.

The unit is located on the ground floor a larger 2 storey, mixed-use development of traditional sandstone construction, surmounted by a pitched roof. It is situated on the corner of Hillfoot Street and the A815, north of Dunoon ferry terminal and located next to the Cowal Highland Gathering's headquarters.

Dunoon Primary School is adjacent on the same street, with car parking available on-street as well as a local authority car park at the top of the road a short 1 minute walk away.

Other enterprises located nearby include Eco Health, Anselmo's Fish and Chips and Cowal Chiropody. The £12 million refurbished Queen's Hall is a 5-minute walk following its refurbishment in 2018.

Dunoon is the main resort on the beautiful Cowal Peninsula and the maritime gateway to the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. This is one of the Firth of Clyde's foremost resorts which is built around the historic Castle Mound and is famous for its large Victorian pier.

Bowman Rebecchi Director, Marco Rebecchi said:

"It is fantastic to make our debut in Dunoon and we view Argyll & Bute as a great strategic opportunity for our business to grow.

"A lot of other agencies view the region as hard to reach or out the way with the ferry or road access.

"However, given our Gourock headquarters, we are excited about the opportunities in Dunoon, Rothesay and the surrounding towns and villages across Argyll & Bute for both our commercial and residential arms."
