Bowman Rebecchi Recognised At Annual Industry Awards

The annual CoStar Awards have recognised Bowman Rebecchi as the fifth most-active single-branch agency for industrial property in Scotland.

Bowman Rebecchi’s latest award is based on the number of deals completed in 2022, with the firm accounting for more than 60 commercial transactions throughout last year.

The impressive position for the Gourock-based Commercial Property firm was based on a detailed analysis of deals that property information and marketing provider, CoStar collects each month.

The award is the third year in a row that CoStar has recognised Bowman Rebecchi’s annual activity, with the previous award in 2021 based on square footage.

Glasgow consultancy, G M Brown was named as the most active single branch, beating 2021 champion and East Kilbride agency, Rosslyn Property. Falconer Property Consultants (Stiring) was named third, with FG Burnett (Aberdeen) at fourth completing the top five alongside Bowman Rebecchi.

This latest recognition is the fourth accolade for the growing property firm since its launch two years ago, following previous CoStar Awards for lets across Inverclyde and the west coast.

Bowman Rebecchi Director, Andrew Bowman said:

"This is further fantastic recognition for Bowman Rebecchi, and we are delighted to be recognised again by CoStar.

“To be named as the fifth most-active agency in Scotland, alongside such well-established businesses, is a considerable achievement for the size of the area that we cover.

“When you also consider the trading and economic challenges in 2022 for both tenants and landlords, we are delighted that our performance has been recognised.

“We continue to adapt to ensure we deliver a first-class service, with our marketing and personable approach being welcomed by our clients and tenants.

“CoStar continues to be a great support to our business and we thank them for this recognition.”

Bowman Rebecchi Director, Marco Rebecchi, said:

"We continue to focus on areas we can add value to further support businesses and landlords in both the commercial and residential property markets across the west of Scotland.

“There are several opportunities in the pipeline for the business, all of which will add a further welcome boost and increase investment into the local economy.

“We strongly believe 2023 will be another exciting year for the businesses and would like to continue to thank our clients and tenants for their ongoing support.”
