 Large Greenock Industrial Unit Snapped Up

A large industrial unit in Greenock has been let by Bowman Rebecchi as the demand for industrial space across west Scotland continues to grow.

The 6,239 square foot industrial unit at 5c MacDougall Street comprises a large modern industrial unit of steel portal frame construction.

Its internal eaves height extends to approximately 4.5m, with internal offices and staff welfare facilities.
