Long-Term Vacant Greenock Unit Goes Under Offer

A long-term vacant unit in Greenock is set for a new long-term tenancy pending a successful change of use application to the local authority.

150a Wren Road was previously used as a convenience store, and as such, still retains elements of this layout.

The traditional brick-built unit has been vacant since 2018 with the new occupiers set to revamp the unit and surrounding area in line with their needs.

Further details and information will be shared upon completion of the missives.
