New Operator For Leasehold Of Greenock Town Centre Takeaway

The leasehold of a fully furnished Class 3 Hot Food takeaway with all of its equipment, fixtures, and fittings in Greenock has been bought by a new occupier.

The property at 7 West Stewart Street is part of the Stewart Centre and was refurbished in January 2022 to the extent of £44,000 by the previous operator, Meat In The Middle (Greenock).

Internally there is a welcoming and modern reception area, which provides a large collection area with window, wall, and screen display opportunities and roller shutter security.

To the rear of the premises is a large kitchen preparation area, as well as staff welfare facilities and access to the rear loading lane as part of the Stewart Centre.

The property is located on West Stewart Street, located just a one-minute walk from Greenock Bus Station, and with buses headed west on its doorstep. The premises are also a two-minute walk to Greenock's principal retail area of the town, the Oak Mall, and West Blackhall Street.

Further details on the new occupiers are to follow.
