Offer Accepted For Greenock Town Centre Property

A bid to purchase a former long-standing jewellers shop at the heart of Greenock Town Centre has been accepted.

This unique property is split across two floors, with an ability for investors to retain as one with workshop space or split into two to offer a retail unit and first floor flat (subject to planning approval).

Located at 44 West Blackhall Street, entry is from the ground floor with roller shutter security. The current layout provides a good-sized retail area, with a large back room which could be opened up further to retain a retail element to the property.

The backroom has a staircase leading to the first-floor workshop, which was a converted flat in the 1950s and could be converted back with access to the first floor being from the rear of the property.

The first floor provides a spacious layout, with multiple rooms, kitchen and toilet facilities to create a 2-bedroom flat, with the removal of the current staircase.

A bid has now been accepted for the unit, subject to the completion of the missives.
