The final plot at Gallagher Retail Park in Port Glasgow is set to be developed after an application was submitted to Inverclyde Council.
The planning application has been submitted seeking permission for a shop on land at Ardgowan Street, next to the unit occupied by Direct Flooring.
Lodged by Rebecchi Architectural Services the applications states:
“It will be a small retail unit to complete the development.
“If the proposal receives planning consent then it will be marketed for rent through Bowman Rebecchi [Commercial Property Services] while under construction.”
The proposal is pending assessment by Inverclyde planners.
