Popular Greenock Nightclub Available To Rent or Buy

A popular Greenock nightclub is available to purchase or lease following the end of a long-term tenancy through Bowman Rebecchi.

RED Nightclub at Cross Shore Street was a successful venue with the previous operator in place for 13 years.

An intimate venue, the property is in walk-in condition and has a capacity of 490, with the property more recently playing host to gigs and special one-off events.

Prior to Covid-19, the premises operated at weekends and was regularly full to capacity.

Popular with locals, the property has been renovated and refurbished several times within the past 3-5 years to a very high standard.

This includes the upgrading of the sound system and speakers, DJ system, new fridges, new flooring and lighting, all of which are included in the sale price.

The main dance floor is centrally located within the club, with the main bar located at the entrance with a smaller bar located next to the dance floor.

There are several seating areas throughout the club, including a raised seating area in the main dance area as well as different alcoves and smaller intimate seating areas.

Upstairs is access to the cloakroom, toilets and outside smoking area, with access downstairs to the private offices and staff welfare facilities.

An extensive CCTV system is available, which covers the internal and external areas of the club which is also alarmed with roller shutter security.

The property will appeal to experienced nightclub operators as well as property investors/developers looking to convert the property into alternative uses, subject to planning consent.

There is an existing premises licence that can be transferred, with the location having a great reputation as an entertainment venue in the area and a strong track record of safety.

We expect this property to be very popular and therefore early viewing is recommended.
