ARB Growth, led by former Riverside Inverclyde executive Andrew Bowman and Marco Rebecchi, owner of Rebecchi Architectural Services, has agreed to bring the property agency elements of their respective businesses together to create the new venture. Bowman Rebecchi will provide an array of services, including commercial letting and sales, portfolio management including billing, maintenance and refurbishment work.Co-founder, Andrew Bowman said: “The creation of Bowman Rebecchi is the next natural step for Marco and me. We have been working successfully together on several projects over the past year.
“We are excited to be working together and we see a gap in the market to provide a high-quality commercial letting and sales services, as well as further property services for both owners and their tenants.
“The promotion, marketing and overall management of commercial property are still fairly traditional. This new venture allows us to deliver an outstanding and contemporary service for owners.
“We also enjoy excellent existing relationships with national property agents and see a further opportunity to work closely with these global organisations through joint-agency.”
Bowman Rebecchi will provide another boost to the independent retailers on Kempock Street in Gourock after the owners agreed a long-term lease on the former Foundation store.
External refurbishment works are set to conclude this week following successful applications to have both the class use and refurbishment works agreed with the planning department at Inverclyde Council. The Council is also providing grant support through its Property Assistance and Small Business Assistance schemes.
Co-Founder, Marco Rebecchi said: “I’m delighted to be joining forces with Andrew to create this new venture, which provides a fantastic opportunity for the west of Scotland property market to flourish.
“The new headquarters has always been our ideal location, given its closeness to Rebecchi Architectural Services, but also the vitality of Gourock as a base for successful businesses.
“Bowman Rebecchi will pride itself on providing a unique and high-quality one-stop-shop for property owners.
"We are grateful for the support from Inverclyde Council, and we aim to expand locally but also into Argyll and Bute, Ayrshire, Dunbartonshire, Glasgow and Renfrewshire.”
The new enterprise has already enjoyed some early success, with the firm currently marketing the former Jobcentre in Port Glasgow as well as the management services of Fort Matilda Industrial Estate.
"Both Marco and I are delighted by the support we have received to date and continue to liaise with property owners looking at fresh ways to market their commercial portfolios.
“While we see potential growth opportunities within the residential market, our current focus is with commercial property and establishing a solid base for the business to grow." To contact Bowman Rebecchi, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
