A Greenock social enterprise has been honoured for reducing the amount of plastic waste going to landfill.
Trade Right International - Redeem Exchange was commended at the Scottish Environment Business Awards.
The business is a tenant of Bowman Rebecchi's at MacDougall Street in Greenock.
The innovative business collects, washes, refills, and returns plastic hand sanitiser bottles to help businesses reduce their plastic waste.
Redeem Exchange can extend the life cycle of a plastic bottle by up to 50 times.
Trade Right International CEO Trevor Gregory said: "This is a triumph of a small social enterprise dreaming big dreams.
"Our team has worked tirelessly to launch, develop, and build the Redeem Exchange initiative and are grateful to an army of people, supporters, and businesses who have made this all possible."
