Refurbished Gourock Retail Unit Set For New Tenancy

A fully refurbished retail unit in Gourock is set for a new tenancy after being subdivided to create a bright open workspace.

The shop at 5 John Street has undergone a complete transformation following renovation works and is located directly off of the A78 main road through the popular and growing Gourock town centre.

The premises was previously let to a beauty therapist with the lease coming to an end at the close of 2022.

As a result, the property has since been split to provide a good-sized reception area at the front of the building, leading to a smaller room to the rear for more privacy as well as a tea preparation area and welfare facilities.

A new shopfront was previously installed to create a more modern look and better heat efficiency as well as increased security.

Further details of the new tenant will follow upon entry in April 2023.
