Three flexible commercial spaces located within Inverclyde Community Development Trust's Hub in Port Glasgow have gone under offer and are set for new tenancies.

The flexible spaces are accessed from Muirshiel Lane, all offering 609 sq ft of workspace within a thriving SME hub of small businesses.

ICDT appointed property specialists Bowman Rebecchi in July 2022 to support the lettings of its commercial portfolio and signifies the latest successful let as a result of the partnership.

Further details and information on the new tenants will be shared upon completion of the missives.
