Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Inverclyde Council’s “Accelerating your Growth Plan” introductory session will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and tools from an in-market expert, setting the stage for your growth journey.
The topics for the session are:

- Market-centric approach: Learn how to align your offerings with the dynamic needs of the market to stay ahead of the competition.
- Choosing the right channels: Understand the diverse channels available and discover which ones are best suited for your products.
- Gap analysis and benchmarking: Conduct a practical gap analysis, benchmark your offerings against the competition and identify areas for improvement.
- Financial mastery: Establish robust cost controls and commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
- Effective presentation skills: Hone your skills in presenting your products persuasively to buyers, chefs or business owners.
This introductory event will be followed up with one hour 1-2-1 sessions in April to discuss the specific circumstances of your business.
The event takes place on Thursday 21st March between 10am – 1pm within the Baker Street Hub at 28 Baker Street, Greenock, PA15 4TZ. Refreshments will be served from 9.30am and a buffet lunch will be provided.
