Accelerating your Growth - Inverclyde Food & Drink Supplier/Manufacturers

Are you a food and drink supplier or manufacturer in Inverclyde that would like to explore ways of growing your business?

Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, Inverclyde Council’s “Accelerating your Growth Plan” introductory session will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and tools from an in-market expert, setting the stage for your growth journey.

The topics for the session are:

- The power of planning: Explore the significance of having a well-crafted growth plan and effective prioritisation strategies.

- Market-centric approach: Learn how to align your offerings with the dynamic needs of the market to stay ahead of the competition.

- Choosing the right channels: Understand the diverse channels available and discover which ones are best suited for your products.

- Gap analysis and benchmarking: Conduct a practical gap analysis, benchmark your offerings against the competition and identify areas for improvement.

- Financial mastery: Establish robust cost controls and commercial strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

- Effective presentation skills: Hone your skills in presenting your products persuasively to buyers, chefs or business owners.

This introductory event will be followed up with one hour 1-2-1 sessions in April to discuss the specific circumstances of your business.

The event takes place on Thursday 21st March between 10am – 1pm within the Baker Street Hub at 28 Baker Street, Greenock, PA15 4TZ. Refreshments will be served from 9.30am and a buffet lunch will be provided.
