Cafe Proposal For Long-Term Vacant Greenock Shop Premises

Planners are being asked to agree that an empty convenience store in Greenock can be used as a cafe.

A change-of-use application has been made for premises at 150a Wren Road, after the agreement of a long-term lease by Bowman Rebecchi with the prospective tenant.

Drawings submitted to Inverclyde Council by Rebecchi Architectural show there would be seating for 32 people.

The proposal is pending consideration by officials.
