Former Insurance Brokers To Become HOT Tanning Salon

Plans to turn a former insurance brokers unit into a HOT tanning salon have been approved by Inverclyde Council.

A 'change of use' application seeking permission to turn the former offices of Greenwood Moreland into the new business was lodged with the local authority last month by Rebecchi Architectural.

The plans have now received the go-ahead.

The interior of the West Blackhall Street unit can now be altered to add 11 tanning booths, a reception, and a staff area.

The new tenant was supported by Bowman Rebecchi.
