Recently refurbished serviced offices in the Westburn Centre in Greenock - home to Inverclyde Community Development Trust (ICDT) - is set for a new tenancy.
Located on 175 Dalrymple Street in Greenock, the property has been the long-term home of ICDT and is set to co-host a new tenant as part of its Nicholson Street business centre.
ICDT appointed property specialists Bowman Rebecchi in July 2022 to support the lettings of its commercial portfolio and signifies the latest successful let as a result of the partnership.
