New Lease Of Life For Greenock Town Centre Unit

A former fishmongers unit located within the heart of Greenock Town Centre has had an offer accepted for a new tenancy, providing a further boost for The Stewart Centre.

The property provides a large main floor with window display opportunities and roller shutter security. To the rear of the premises is a large storage area, as well as staff welfare facilities and access to the rear loading lane as part of the Stewart Centre.

The new tenant will join a vast array of businesses, with The Stewart Centre now set to be fully occupied by Spring.

Following completion of missives, details of the new tenancy will be released, with the date of entry set for mid-January 2022.
