A new lease for an industrial unit in Greenock has been agreed upon following the end of a long-term tenancy.
Unit 1 is part of Block 2 at Cappielow Industrial Estate in Greenock and provides 2,003 square feet of space for commercial use in close proximity to the M8/A8 motorway.
Further details on the new tenancy are to follow upon completion of the missives.
