Proposal To Build Greenock Industrial And Storage Units

Planning permission is being sought for a number of small industrial and storage/distribution units within a yard on Dellingburn Street, Greenock.

Submitted by Rebecchi Architectural, the plans propose 27 small units ranging from 160 - 625 square feet, with 26 associated parking spaces.

The site already houses 21 small industrial units on the east side of the land.

The application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council.
