Wine Bar Plan For Vacant Gourock Town Centre Premises

Planning Permission is being sought to turn a vacant Gourock retail unit into a new wine bar.

A change-of-use application for the former Domus Interiors at 59 Kempock Street has been submitted by Rebecchi Architectural to Inverclyde planners.

The unit became empty in 2023 when Domus Interiors closed its long-standing and highly successful store.

Drawings show the wine bar would have seating for nearly 30 people and would also serve cold food, with two toilets to the rear.

The proposal is pending consideration by council officials.
