Bowman Rebecchi Recognised At Annual Commercial Property Awards

The annual CoStar Awards have recognised Bowman Rebecchi as the fourth most-active single branch agency in Scotland for 2020, based on square footage.

The impressive ranking for the Gourock-based Commercial Property firm was based on detailed analysis of deals that property information and marketing provider, CoStar collects each month.

East Kilbride agency, Rosslyn Property was named as the most active single branch agent, followed by FG Burnett (Aberdeen) and Burns & Shaw (Edinburgh), with Bowman Rebecchi coming in ahead of Falconer Property (Stirling) to complete the top five.

This latest recognition is the third accolade for the fledgeling property firm since its launch in February 2020, following two awards after Ferguson Marine let its new Greenock site at Cartsdyke Avenue and Salon & Groom opened in Cathcart Street in Greenock.

Bowman Rebecchi director, Andrew Bowman (left) said:

"This is an outstanding recognition for Bowman Rebecchi, and we are delighted to be named the fourth active agency in Scotland alongside some fantastic and well-established businesses.

“Given the challenges Covid-19 has created and continues to cause for so many businesses and landlords, this is a fantastic recognition of our first year since merging.

“We continue to adapt to ensure we can deliver a first-class service, with our 360-degree virtual tours and pragmatic approach being welcomed by our clients and tenants.

“We’d like to thank CoStar for this recognition and its continued support.”

In December 2020, the business launched Bowman Rebecchi Letting, a new joint venture with Riccardo Giovanacci’s Glasgow-based firm, Newton Letting covering the west coast of Scotland.

Bowman Rebecchi and Rebecchi Architectural director, Marco Rebecchi (right), said:

"Bowman Rebecchi continues to focus on the areas it can add value to support landlords and businesses in both the commercial and residential property market across the west coast of Scotland.

“There are several deals in the pipeline for the new year which will add a further boost and investment into the Inverclyde economy, and we look forward to these concluding.

“With Bowman Rebecchi Letting now fully operational and the commercial arm continuing to perform strongly, we believe 2021 will be an exciting year for both businesses.”
