Second John Street Property Sold By Bowman Rebecchi

A second commercial property in John Street in Gourock has been sold by local property firm, Bowman Rebecchi.

The sale of 3-5 John Street concluded on 21 January 2021 following it coming to the market in late 2020.

The recent sale follows the purchase of 9-11 John Street by the local boutique estate agent, McArthur Scott in September 2020.

The sale signifies further success for fellow Gourock-based commercial property specialists, Bowman Rebecchi, who since launching in February 2020, has trebled its commercial portfolio and won three national awards from global property information and marketing providers, CoStar.

Reflecting on the sale, Bowman Rebecchi Director, Andrew Bowman said:

“We were delighted to support both the owner and purchaser with this sale, which was agreed pre-Christmas and completed early this year.

"This property has fantastic potential and we expect to see further investment into the units going forwards.

“Despite the challenge’s that lockdown presents, we were able to offer a smooth and pragmatic approach, much to the delight of both parties and we wish both continued success."
